Liquidnitro Games has raised $5.25 million in a seed round of funding led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from angels who are games industry veterans from the US, Canada, EU, and India, the company said in a statement.
The funding will be utilised to establish a state-of-the-art studio, make substantial investments in AI and technology to enhance production pipelines.

The company, founded by ex-Electronic Arts executives, claims to be a major player in live services, game production and geo adapted market expansion.
It leverages data, AI and technology driven insights to craft fun and engaging experiences for players. They partner with games studios and IP owners worldwide to help unlock growth, profitability, and expansion into new markets.
The funding will be utilised to establish a state-of-the-art studio, make substantial investments in AI and technology to enhance production pipelines, and provide scalable live services capabilities, the company said.
The games industry, currently valued over $200 billion, has significant growth potential as new markets like India drive expansion in the years ahead. The company was founded in December 2023 by Sandeep Kowdley, Krishna Dhanekula, Arun Kunchala, and Suresh Manthena, all ex Electronic Arts veterans.
