Surface augmentation and technology solutions company, Naxnova has acquired Advanced Thermal Technologies (ATT), a pioneer in thermal management solutions based in Austria. Naxnova was earlier known as Classic Stripes.
This is the second acquisition in a row made by the company in a recent months.

"This is the second acquisition in a row made by the company in recent months. It acquired Belgium-based Quad Industries to reinforce their commitment towards delivering innovative solutions to customers worldwide," the company said in a statement.
ATT has built a reputation for design, development and manufacturing in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Sensor and Camera Heating Solutions, Vehicle Cabin Solutions, Battery Heating Solutions, Battery Diagnostic Solutions, Seat Sensing and Heating Solutions, etc., serving a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, retail and building.
The company provides services to the major names such as Porsche, Airbus, Daimler, Valeo, among others, it said.
