Access to the programme is free, with the goal of allowing the entire e-commerce ecosystem to benefit from the learnings.

Shiprocket, an e-commerce enablement platform, has launched the Shiprocket Growth Academy. By providing a one-stop-shop for e-commerce learning platforms, the academy aims to empower 1,00,000 MSMEs over the next 2–3 years. The Indian e-commerce market is poised to become the world's second-largest by 2034, with MSMEs contributing around 30 per cent to India's GDP.

As per the company, the platform covers crucial aspects such as starting and scaling direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses, effective marketing strategies, brand building, and achieving product-market fit. Shiprocket Growth Academy offers a robust suite of offerings, including courses, tutorials, webinars, podcasts, and expert-led master classes, under the leadership of Shiprocket.

Shiprocket Growth Academy has also partnered with digital marketing agencies to provide consultation calls to offer sellers expert guidance in performance marketing. This enables them to optimize their campaigns and drive sales. Existing Shiprocket sellers will benefit from personalized analytics reports with in-depth analysis on logistics performance and tailored business suggestions, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve greater efficiency.

Saahil Goel, MD and CEO of Shiprocket, said, “At Shiprocket, we firmly believe that sustaining this remarkable expansion requires a robust support system throughout the entire lifecycle of an e-commerce business. Consequently, we have been playing our part in catalyzing the growth of various e-commerce enterprises through a range of next-gen solutions.”

Access to the programme is free, with the goal of allowing the entire e-commerce ecosystem to benefit from the learnings and grow together. In an effort to help small and medium-sized business owners take advantage of the rapid surge in commerce, Shiprocket recently said that it will launch "Shiprocket Quick," a same-day delivery service for retailers throughout India.
