The price band for Juniper Hotels' IPO has been set at Rs 342 to Rs 360 per share, aimed at raising an amount worth Rs 1,800 crore.
Juniper Hotels is a premier luxury hotel development and ownership firm.
The IPO of the hospitality company will be opening on 21st February (Wednesday). The company is planning to raise Rs 1,800 crore solely through a fresh issue. It is a joint venture by Saraf Group and Hyatt Hotels. Its portfolio includes seven hotels as of 30 September'23.
Price Band

Lot Size
Investors are required to bid for atleast 40 equity shares and can increase their bid in multiples of 40. Retail investors will need to invest a minimum of Rs 13,680, and at the higher end, the bidding amount will be Rs 14,400.
Key Dates
The allotment of shares for Juniper Hotels public issue will be determined and concluded by Friday, February 23.
The company is scheduled to debut on the BSE and NSE on February 28 as part of the IPO schedule.
Juniper Hotels' Issue Size
The IPO is aimed at raising a total of Rs 1,800 crore, and this capital will be exclusively sourced through a fresh issue. The proceeds from the IPO will be used to repay the debt and for other general corporate purposes.
IPO Reservation
A minimum investment of 14 lots or 560 shares is required for qualified institutional buyers, whereas non-institutional investors must invest at least 70 lots or 2,800 shares.
The hotel company has appointed JM Financials, CLSA India, and ICICI Securities as its lead book-running managers.
