The Primary market is all set for a busy week ahead as 13 fresh issues alongside 8 listings hit the D-street. Bajaj Housing Finance and Kross are among the big names
The Primary market will be back in action this week as 13 public issues will be open for subscription. The Dalal-street has already witnessed robust listings in the past few weeks even as the secondary market remained volatile and jittery. While concerns have loomed around the premium listings of these IPOs, markets continue to be confident about the upcoming public offers.
For instance, Gala Precision Engineering made a strong listing at 42 per cent premium today. The issue was oversubscribed by nearly 200 times.

1. Bajaj Housing Finance
Bajaj Housing Finance is set to open for subscription from September 9 to September 11. The company aims to raise Rs 6,560 crore, including a fresh issue of 50.86 crore shares worth Rs 3,560 crore and an offer for sale of 42.86 crore shares totaling Rs 3,000 crore.
2. Kross
The automotive company will be available for subscription from September 9 to September 11 and is planning to raise Rs 500 crore, including a fresh offering of 1.04 crore shares worth Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale of another 1.04 crore shares, also totaling Rs 250 crore.
3. P N Gadgil Jewellers
Purshottam Narayan Gadgil Jewellers will be open for subscription from September 10 to September 12. The jewellery company is planning to raise Rs 1,100 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares worth Rs 850 crore and an offer for sale of 0.52 crore shares totaling Rs 250 crore.
4. Tolins Tyres
Tolins Tyres IPO will be open for subscription from September 9 to September 11. The company aims to raise Rs 230 crore, including a fresh issue of 0.88 crore shares totaling Rs 200 crore, and an offer for sale of 0.13 crore shares amounting to Rs 30 crore.
The SME IPO calendar includes many companies like Gajanand International, Arkade Developers, Share Samadhan and Shubhshree Biofuels Energy.
Trafiksol ITS Technologies, Aditya Ultrasteel, Innomet Advanced Materials, SPP Polymers and Excellent Wires and Packaging are also on the list.
