Tata CLiQ Palette Launches First Retail Store In Navi Mumbai

Tata CLiQ Palette has opened the store after the launch of its beauty app

Tata’s beauty brand Tata CLiQ Palette has launched its first retail store in Nexus Seawood Mall at Navi Mumbai. The company had recently launched its beauty app. According to the company, the app uses artificial intelligence to provide personalised experience to customers. In its bid to extend the experience, the company has launched a retail store.  
 
Tata CLiQ Palette said in its release that the store has been designed by Landor and Fitch. Speaking at the inauguration of the store, Gopal Asthana, company’s Chief Executive Officer, said, “As India’s beauty matchmaker, our decision to open a retail store after the launch of our app was a natural progression and signifies a significant step forward in our quest to revolutionize the beauty landscape by becoming India’s largest tech-enabled omni-channel beauty destination. Personalization lies at the core of this vision, not only online but offline as well.”

The company said that its store has collections from over 1,000 brands and several categories, which include makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, tools, and accessories. According to the firm, customers visiting the store in the first month will receive exclusive offers. 
Talking about Tata Group’s vision, Asthana said, “Tata CLiQ Palette has been born as a result of Tata Group’s ambitious plans in the beauty segment, with a strong vision to build winning beauty brands.”

As per official information, the firm is the flagship beauty brand of Tata Digital. Importantly, Tata Digital had recorded a standalone loss of Rs 1,370 crore in FY23. However, the results did not include the performance of its beauty brand.
