US venture capital firm Alphatron Capital, formerly SMK Ventures, has closed its first fund at $30 million, exceeding its initial target of $25 million by 20 per cent. The fund aims to offer US investors access to a diverse range of Indian technology and tech-leveraged companies, focusing on Enterprise SaaS, Fintech, HealthTech, AI/ML, Digital Content, and Direct-to-consumer sectors.
