Lodha, one of India's most prominent real estate developers, was recognized as the Global Sector Leader in Sustainability by GRESB. The company ranked first in Asia amongst the residential real estate developers with a perfect score of 100 out of 100.

Lodha, one of India's most prominent real estate developers, was recognized as the Global Sector Leader in Sustainability by GRESB. The accomplishments of the acclaimed Global Real Estate Benchmark (GRESB) 2023 are evidenced by its outcomes.

The developer ranked first in Asia amongst the residential real estate developers with a perfect score of 100 out of 100. With a score of 90 out of 100, it was also placed eighth in Asia in the Diversified - Office/Retail category of the Standing Investments Benchmark. Additionally, Lodha has been honoured as a GRESB Global Sector Leader in Residential Development.

Investors, researchers and developers rely on the data provided by GRESB to benchmark their investments and check the performance of the assets acquired by them.

According to indicators assigned to one of the three ESG dimensions, the Assessment measures performance against the Management, Performance, and Development component.

Lodha primarily serves customers in residential housing who are looking for affordable and mid-income properties. The company has also added digital infrastructure parks to its portfolio.

Under its current ongoing and planned portfolio, Lodha has delivered more than 95 million square feet of real estate and is now building more than 110 million square feet.
