We do not limit ourselves by predetermined budgets but rather organic tech solutions that complement our existing operations for organizational growth. We also promote and add to our external market products that are invented in India, such as our internal use of the Zoho platform. Our active approach portrays our commitment to adopt and implement tech solutions to improve the performance of our company.

Q. Are there plans to expand Blitzkrieg Co.'s presence to other cities or regions in India soon?

We operate in a busy Mumbai Metro region where we deliver premium service. Broadening our perspective, we have set up branches in Gurugram and Goa, carefully targeting different sections of consumers. We will concentrate on the fast-growing Mumbai Metropolitan Region but remain flexible to venture anywhere else, where appropriate conditions apply.

The demand for real estate is all-time high and there used to be the effect of elections on Indian Real Estate in the past, however, we don’t see much impact in current times, macroeconomic factors are very strong and we are seeing constant demand of customers looking for first homes or upgrade.

Q. Can you share upcoming innovations or new services that Blitzkrieg Co. plans to introduce in the commercial space of the real estate industry?

For now, we started Home Loan services and it proved very effective with a high demand for the product in this branch. Going forward, we are planning to roll out a dedicated Interiors vertical that should go live early next year. As is the case, this strategic expansion conforms to our plan of deliberate and coherent enterprise development.
