GenWorks Health Private Limited, a medical technology company in India has raised $4 million in funding from BlackSoil. The company will utilise the fund to provide high-quality healthcare to underserved areas and contribute to make healthcare more affordable and accessible in tier-II/III cities across the country.
Founded by S Ganeshprasad GenWorks Health claims to help to distribute medical devices and consumables throughout India. The company has a pan-India presence and has served over 40,000 customers in more than 700 districts across the country.
According to a company statement, It has broadened its product portfolio to encompass the entire care cycle of patients, including screening, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.
