Leo Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, has appointed Harish Kumar to lead its strategic corporate development efforts, primarily advising the firm’s portfolio start-ups on bolstering financial reporting and analysis, investor positioning, and fundraising strategies.
Harish will also be a contributor to Leo Capital’s capital formation activities for Fund III, as well as its upcoming funds. Additionally, owing to his expertise as a seasoned corporate finance practitioner, he will also work closely with the Firm’s leadership and fund management team to build other potential fund strategies.
Prior to joining Leo Capital, Harish was Head of Credit Suisse’s Technology, Media and Telecoms Investment Banking Division for South East Asia. He was responsible for the origination and execution of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private placement transactions with a focus on the technology and digital infrastructure sectors. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was the Head of Corporate Finance - South East Asia, for UBS’ Global Wealth Management Division.
