Dubdub.ai, an artificial intelligence-based multilingual dubbing platform has raised $1 million in the seed funding round led by Waveform Ventures and Accel Atoms.
Apart from this, Forward Slash Capital, Force Ventures, Koo Co-founder Aprameya Radhakrishna, Nishant Mungali, Deepak Anchala, Swati Mohan, Gaurav Kapur and Roshan Abbas also participated in the funding round. The company raised $800K funding in the seed round in June last year led by Kalaari Capital.
According to a report by Entrackr, the proceeds will be used to create tech capabilities, improve offerings, and test use-cases for global consumers. Launched in 2021, the company leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to record videos in 40 languages and weeds out the necessity to record videos in studios.

The app is still in the beta stage and is competing with some of the largest players in the creators’ tool ecosystem such as Invideo and Gurugram-based Dubverse.ai.
