Opening Bell: Sensex, Nifty open marginally lower amid mixed global cues
The BSE Sensex was down 71.07 points or 0.11 per cent at 67,150.06. The NSE Nifty was down 18.30 points or 0.09 per cent at 19,974.90.

ITC, Ultratech Cement, Power Grid, Nestle India and Titan were the top gainers on the BSE, while ICICI Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj Finserv, Asian Paints and JSW Steel were among the laggards.

KEC International Hit 52-Week High On Rs 1,012 Crore Order Win Across Businesses
KEC International shares jumped 11 per cent in Wednesday early trade to hit a 52-week high of Rs 739 per share on the BSE. The company has bagged new orders worth Rs 1,012 crore across its various businesses including orders for transmission and distribution projects in Indian and Unites States. It also received orders from new clients in the data centre and FMCG segments in India.
NTPC Shares Surge On Unit 1 Trial Of Telangana Power Project
Shares of NTPC Limited jumped 1 per cent higher at Rs 237 on Wednesday after the company announced that it has completed Unit-1 of 800 megawatts (MW) of the Telangana Super Thermal Power Project. According to exchange filing on 12 September, the installed capacity of NTPC Limited and NTPC Group has increased to 57,838 MW and 73,824 MW.
In addition, NTPC announced the payment of Rs 2,909 crore as final dividend for 2022-2023 on Tuesday. "This constitutes 30 percent of the paid-up equity share capital of NTPC Ltd," a company said.
