According to the Forbe's 'The World's Real-Time Billionaires' list, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has a staggering net worth of $313.9 bullion, who also tops the list. Microsoft founder Bill Gates, who once was the richest man in the world, now possesses $104 billion as per the same list.

If these numbers started feeling like a lot to you than just be prepared because even the wealth of these business giant's will get dimmed in front of this family which also surpasses the wealth of the British monarch by 16 times.

We are here talking about the House of Saud who is the ruling royal family of Saudi Arabia, as reported by the UK newspaper Express.

They have a net worth of a staggering $1.4 trillion. To put that in contrast, the British royal family is estimated to be worth around $88 billion, according to Forbes, with their wealth coming from concrete assets including properties, and the value of the family brand.

On the other hand, The House of Saud's staggering wealth majorly comes from Saudi Arabia's vast oil reserves. Their assets range from dozens of palaces, private jets, yachts, and art collection.

Properties owned by the Saudi royals include France's Chateau Louis XIV of worth $300 million, Leonardo da Vinci's Salvator Mundi painting of worth $450 million and a $500 million worth yacht.

The official residence of the family, the AI Yamamah Palace, is spread across four million square feet. The opulent palace has 1000 rooms, a movie theatre, bowling alley, swimming pools and even a mosque.

Lamborghini, Aventador SuperVeloce, Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe, and even a gold-plated Lamborghini Aventador SV were among the family's luxurious collection of vehicles.

Even as this royal family of Saudi has around 15,000 members, but majority of the wealth is concentrated among 2,000 relatives only.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al, whose personal net worth stands at $18 billion, is the current ruling monarch for almost a decade now and his son Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) is the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.  Another important family member Prince Alwaleed bin Talal had a net worth of $13.4 billion before his 2017 arrest on corruption charges.
