Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) may reportedly be screening candidates for rejigs in its top leadership. As per updates, from chief operating officer (COO) to chief technology officer (CTO), several positions in TCS are bracing for a change as some veterans are due to retire.

According to a report in the Economic Times, TCS is also all set to pick a new leader for its largest vertical – banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI). It adds that close to four to five candidates are being evaluated for this reorganisation and to fill the position vacated by CEO-designate K Krithivasan.

The report also lays bare some names that may be in the line for taking up some of these C-suite roles. It mentions that Harrick Mayank Vin, the current chief services innovation officer may be in the run for the CTO’s role. This is because K Ananth Krishnan is set for retirement in October.

In addition to this, TCS may also reportedly find a chief leadership and diversity officer in US-based Preeti D’mello who is currently the vice president for diversity, inclusion and equity.
