Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd on Friday reported a 19 per cent rise in its electric two-wheeler sales at 2,529 units in June this year.
The company, which sells electric vehicles under the 'Joy e-bike' brand, had sold 2,125 units in June 2022, Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility said in a regulatory filing.
"We are observing that electric two-wheelers are experiencing a surge in traction from this month, reflected in the rising footfall and inquiries flooding our dealerships.
"As the festive season draws near, we expect this trend to gain even more momentum, resulting in remarkable sales figures," Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Chairman & Managing Director Yatin Gupte said.

To capitalise on this growing demand, the company is establishing new distributor dealerships across multiple tier II and tier III cities in India during the second quarter, he added.
