Senvion India said it has secured an order to supply 50 wind turbine generators (WTGs) totalling 210 MW from Continuum Green Energy.

The project is scheduled for deployment in either Gujarat or Karnataka, with deliveries beginning in April 2026, according to a statement.

In addition to the initial 50 WTGs, the agreement allows for an increase of up to 50 units, it stated.

The project includes installation of Senvion's advanced 4.2M160 turbines, which integrate cutting-edge technologies for accuracy in control and optimisation, extending the turbine's life significantly and lowering operational costs.

“With over 85 percent localisation in our turbines, we are committed to contributing to the growth of renewable energy in India and creating local jobs,” said Amit Kansal, CEO and Managing Director of Senvion India.
