Saransh Rawat Becomes CTO of TAC Infosec as Vishal Jain Steps Down as CFO

TAC Infosec, a SaaS cybersecurity has moved its head for AppSec and InfoSec, Saransh Rawat to the position of chief technology Officer. This is as per a report by Inc42.

Saransh Rawat joined TAC Infosec in 2021 as the information security analyst and later served as the manager for application security.

Before that, from 2020 and 2021, he worked as an information security analyst for the information and cyber security company Paralok Information Security.

The company in its filings reportedly stated that Rawat has over four years of experience in digital footprinting, external threat management and performing cyber threat intelligence operations.

The company has also reportedly announced that its chief financial officer (CFO) Vishal Jain will be down from his role due to personal reasons.

TAC Infosec Limited was founded in 2012 and offers risk-based solutions for vulnerability management and assessment, cyber security quantification, and penetration testing in a SaaS model.

The company's clients include banks and financial institutions, government regulators, and departments, large enterprises (including corporate offices) such as HDFC, Bandhan Bank, BSE, DSP Investments Managers Private Limited, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited and NSDL e-governance.

The Shares of TAC Infosec IPO got enlisted on NSE SME on April 5, 2024. The IPO was a book built of Rs 29.99 crore built issues of Rs 29.99 crore. The issue was entirely a fresh issue of Rs 28.3 lakh shares. The market capitalization of TAC Infosec IPO is Rs 111.08 Crore.

TAC Infosec Limited's revenue increased by 93.7% and profit after tax (PAT) rose by 735.05% between the financial year ending with March 31, 2023 and March 31, 2022.
